Daniel Lockley

Daniel Lockley is a Partner and leads Deloitte’s Real Estate – Debt and Capital Advisory team, bringing c.15 years of corporate finance and real estate experience. Since joining Deloitte in 2014, Daniel has been an advisor to numerous leading property development and investment groups in Ireland, raising over €1.5bn p.a. Daniel has extensive expertise in structuring, arranging, and raising capital (both debt and equity) for real estate development and investment portfolios. He is also an advisor to Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies and State Sponsored Bodies.
