Denise manages specialist and subcontractor trade associations to assist in the development of professional, efficient contracting businesses. The most recent addition to the Department has been the Smart Off-site Association (SOSA) which specifically represents members operating in an offsite manufacturing environment assisting. The primary objective of the Association is to promote the use of off-site manufacturing in the built environment and support the interests of its members..
Specialist support service managed by the Department include, advising on contract, payment, dispute resolution and procurement issues; as well as the development of supports to assist members with the digitalisation of the sector. Denise has worked with the CIF for 8 years in both the specialist and main contracting departments and holds a MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
