Fiona is a leader in Ireland’s social and affordable housing sector, with over 25 years of experience and a track record of delivering 7,000+ homes. She founded a not-for-profit construction company early in her career and later played a key role at Clúid Housing, serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Acting CEO. In 2025, she launched FionCor Ltd, a consultancy service supporting Approved Housing Bodies and Developers with their social and affordable housing delivery. A recognised industry expert, Fiona frequently contributes to media discussions. She holds a Master’s in Project Management as well as Chartered Director, and PMP credentials.
