Gavin joined Cairn in January 2021, overseeing the design, delivery, and operational support of the Cairn delivery platform. He focuses on scaling the business, refining Cairn’s product, and driving innovation and productivity. He also plays a key role in supporting the improvement of Health & Safety, Quality, and the implementation of Cairn’s sustainability strategy. Before Cairn, Gavin ran his own business and held senior roles on major projects with leading UK contractors.
