Michael Broderick

Michael is a former Army Officer and joined the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) in 2006 where he held a number of different roles in the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) and National Asset Management Agency (NAMA). In July 2018, Michael was appointed by the Minister for Finance as Project Lead for Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI) where he held the positions of Interim CEO from April 2019 to September 2019, and Chief Commercial Officer between October 2019 and January 2022. In February 2022, Michael was appointed as Interim CEO of the First Home Scheme during the setup phase and CEO in October 2022. Michael holds an MBA from the UCD Smurfit Business School and is a Chartered Director (Institute of Directors).
