Michael Hynes

Michael co-founded Quintain Ireland in 2019 and has led the growth and development of the company since inception. As CEO of Evara, Michael is responsible for delivering on the company’s vision to create Ireland’s leading and most sustainable homebuilder. Michael has worked extensively in property development throughout his career, working on a variety of projects including mixed use neighbourhoods with more than 5,000 homes. Michael champions Evara’s culture and values, which are based on customer focus, individual design, exceptional placemaking and a commitment to delivery to all stakeholders.
