Micheál has represented the SCSI at the Oireachtas Committee on Housing and has made several presentations on housing costs both in the media and other forums.
Micheál headed up the MGM team on a hotel project in Dublin which is the first “zero carbon” hotel in the city as well as recently completing an award winning residential housing development which achieved A2 energy rating.
Micheál has headed the MGM Partnership team on significant Design and Build projects and delivery of over 1,500 residential units on a Design and Build basis as well as numerous public sector and commercial developments, utilising multiple procurement routes.
