Seán leads and develops policy related to modern methods of construction (MMC), climate action, construction industry regulation, residential construction costs, the transposition of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and Zero Emissions Buildings. He also has responsibility for the legislation which places the Construction Industry Register Ireland (CIRI) on a statutory footing and for registration of construction professionals. |
